Puppies and Kittens

I decided to bring it home over the weekend and get some practice. Posted below are some sickeningly sweet pictures for you to enjoy. The puppy “Plinko” belongs to a friend of ours. The kitten (well more of a cat at this point) lives with us. Her name is “Bebop”. Click for larger versions.

Sometimes the urban landscape can be as inspiring to photograph as the great outdoors. I have found special interest in what I call “Urban Decay”, the feature of the city that are no longer maintained. One of my favorite spots to document is the old Columbia Brick Works, a massive turn-of-the-century factory.
Backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, or snowshoeing - one of the greatest things about living in the Pacific Northwest is the access to some of the most beautiful outdoor areas in the country. And of course, I take my camera along with me whenever I head out the door. Over the past few years, I have captured mountains, sunsets and waterfalls from northern California to southern Canada.
